Functions exactly as advertised
It takes a little careful adjustment to balance support vs. restrictiveness… It is easy to get it too tight so it restricts your ease of breathing. Once you have figured that out it works very well.

Worth it
This was a really good purchase. Used it on a long haul flight and I should say, i got the best sleep I possibly could. You could move the pillow to any position you like and it would still feel comfortable.

Slept well!
I bought this for my daughter who had a 14 hour international flight. She said she was able to sleep well, which she normally can’t do on a plane. I’m so grateful for this product. It had the best reviews and they were better than the other one that is all over social media that I almost bought. My research paid off! Thank you!

Very comfortable on long plane ride and comes with its own soft bag which can snap onto your backpack or carry on for convenience and easy access once on the plane. Love it!

Not like the rest ❤️
Soft and cushy ❤️. I love the versatility and how soft it is. It’s adjustable so you don’t feel like you’re being choked. I have a long flight coming up so I will give updates if it isn’t as good as I think it will be. I did measure my neck as the directions recommended.

Very comfortable
First use was an 11hr. flight. Slept 6-7 hrs. On the flight. Downside, it’s bulky when stored in its sack. Can be attached to a carry-on.

Soft but had higher hopes
I never sleep on planes because I can’t never get my neck in a comfortable spot. I did a lot of research on pillows that provide support for those who prefer to sleep with their head tilted to the side. I thought this was going to be a winner and it didn’t “mold” to the side of my head as I thought it would. I did not get high enough pillow support where I was comfortable enough to sleep. When I would adjust the pillow to pull up the side a little higher, it cut at my throat just as the other reviews complained about. It is very soft and I like how they have the “no back” option for behind the neck. I enjoyed that, but overall I did not sleep on the plane as I hoped this pillow would give me the next support for a side sleeper.

Best of several Ive tried and returned others
I am a small female. This is the closest I have found to a support for a plane that will not let my head “bop” forward. I still may need to sew in a velcro attachment to make it a bit tighter but still fits my frame better than others.

Great for car ride
I liked that you can adjust the tightness. If you rotate it around neck you can get best angle and support. I keep it in car for long rides !

It’s okay and it helps me because I do a lot of reading and computer work and help my neck from hurting so much. Sometimes it makes my neck sweat.

Use it At home for neck support in my recliner
This pillow provides comfortable gentle neck support while I’m sitting in my recliner. I haven’t used it yet for travel but I think it would do very well in an airline seat. I love the leopard print.

Nice Quality
I watched several videos with people who were reviewing this neck pillow. Upon receiving it I tried it out and I think it’s going to be great for my travel! The main thing I like about it is that the back part is flat. My old outdated pillow is too thick and it makes your neck uncomfortable when leaning against your chair. I also like the material, it’s soft and comfortable. Because of the Velcro, you are able to make it looser or tighter, depending on your needs.Very happy with my purchase.

Nice travel pillow
Had purchased the smaller size when child was younger. She used it a lot when traveling and in car. We just ordered bigger size as she’s grown now. She uses it for sleeping on plane or during travel. It supports her neck and stays wrapped around without unraveling during sleep. Washes well too and in great condition even after so many years. Would definitely recommend purchasing for children if traveling.

Sturdy, but not comfy, threw it out
I rarely check a bag, so space is a priority when I’m limited to carry-ons. Waited a long time before trying a neck pillow, since they take up so much space. This one folds down nicely and fits in the pouch provided, which has snaps to secure it to your bag. But I couldn’t get comfortable. The shape is a bit weird, foam cushion is too narrow offer support. Even taking it off and using it as a pillow didn’t work. I threw it in the garbage after I landed at JFK.

Comfort
Amazing product. Not bulky, so fits perfectly on a back of the neck and gives plenty of support for the chin. I’ve been on a very long flight with delays, so the pillow was the best thing for trying to sleep on a plane and in the airport. At first it looked like it’s too small, but it’s definitely not. Highly recommend!

Perfect Pillow for Economy class and long flights
The chin support worked for sleeping during a flight. One of the thigs that bothered me in the past that the travel pillow made my neck area hot and sweaty. This pillow wraps around the entire neck but did not get hot. I tested this out on a 16 hr flight from LA to Dubai. Worked as advertised.

Not enough support 🙁
I ordered 3 different travel pillows (trtl, bcozzy, and ostrich) for an upcoming trip and tested them with my best friend. Bcozzy was my runner up, but ultimately lost to the ostrich.I got it in the velvet fabric in black as I dislike the feeling of sherpa. The velvet fabric is super soft and not scratchy at all. The travel bag comes in the same fabric. It rolls up super small for easy traveling. My friend and I both liked the soft stuffing of the bcozzy. It is super comfortable to wear and does not feel like it is choking you. However, the stuffing was ultimately what made it lose to the ostrich because the bcozzy didn’t offer enough neck support for either of us. This is a great pick if you do not like stiff pillows and do not need as much head support.

Picked the right one
Looked long and hard to find the right travel pillow that would also work for my bed at home. Have bad neck on right side and this works because it is adjustable to my needs. Doesn’t fall out when I’m sleeping. Nice that I can toss the whole thing in the wash as need be. That’s a great option. Only complaint is that it isn’t easy to get it in the carrier bag once it’s out which is why I gave it a four instead of a five. (Would have gone for a four and a half). I think the price is ok. Will see how long it lasts and that will tell me for sure. I do recommend especially if you have neck issues.

Clip onto your hand luggage and away you go!
Easy to use and quite comfortable.Given I can just clip it onto my backpack, I don’t need to worry about it taking up extra space in carry-ons etc.Be sure to check sizing, I was in between large and x-large and should have gone for x-large.Not too much of a problem though as it easily adjusted with the velcro overlap.

It’s not as comfortable as it shows.
First, the packaging was ridiculous to unwrap. It was vacuum sealed so tightly that I had to use scissors. I accidentally put a small cut in the cloth handle because I couldn’t even fit the slim scissors between the cloth and the plastic wrap. The neck ring pillow isn’t as puffy as it appears in the video. But that’s probably good because it’s still too think to go under my neck comfortably. If I put it under my chin I feel like my jaw is clamped. It might be better on a bigger person. I’m 5’2″ and 110 lbs. I have to fold it to the side, and it’s just not cushy enough to be very comfortable. It’s a harder pillow. I would send it back if I could figure out how to send it. I have a habit of sleeping on my back, and my head falls over. So I get a neck cramp.

Great for post-surgery sleeping sitting up
I had a double mastectomy surgery and 3 other procedures the same day. I needed to sleep sitting up in a recliner. A pillow was not enough, nor comfortable, but with this pillow my neck was supported and able to sleep! I could manipulate it when I wanted to turn slightly to either side and double it up to give more support. (I’m a side sleeper, but couldn’t lie down, nor lie fully on my sides)My only comment, or inconvenience, is that it made me feel too hot. However, that feature is great in the winter! Otherwise, I’m satisfied with the product and would purchase it again.

Comfortable without being strangled
I’ve used different neck pillows and I like this one because it doesn’t strangle you, it’s low profile but provides enough support so your head doesn’t bob, doesn’t have any strange off-gas smell, and doesn’t make your head tilt forward. I like how the arms overlap and stay in place with the velcro. No issues with the arms coming open. It didn’t lose its shape when I machine washed and air dried it. Comes in a bag, but I packed mine in my smallest compression bag for easier storage. When I wasn’t using it, I wrapped it around my thigh (without using the velcro) so it wouldn’t drop to the floor. On an airplane, I sleep in various positions with my head tilted to the left, right, or forward. This pillow allows me to sleep in whatever position I want. As with any new pillow, I just had to figure out what worked best for me.

Comfortable and supportive for air travel
I purchased this Bcozzy Neck Brace Pillow as a replacement for an old neck pillow. I travel internationally on long-haul flights several times a year. This pillow is a game changer. It is soft and comfortable yet very supportive. It works well for me whether I am in a window seat or an aisle seat. I can use my Airpods or over the ear noise canceling headphones without interference while using it. The back of the pillow is flat so it does not interfere with resting my head comfortably against the seat back. It wraps up nicely in the storage bag that comes with it. I appreciate that it is machine washable and maintains it fullness and support after washing. The construction and stitching is quite good and I am confident it will provide many years of use.

mixed feelings
I recently purchased the BCOZZY Neck Pillow for Travel, and overall, I am satisfied with its performance. The design, offering double support to the head, neck, and chin, truly lives up to its promise, providing comfort and stability in various sleeping positions during flights, car rides, and at home. The large size ensures ample coverage, and the black color gives it a sleek and versatile look. The pillow’s construction is comfortable, and the material feels soft against the skin. However, I did notice that the pillow can be a bit bulky, making it less convenient to carry during travel. Despite this drawback, the BCOZZY Neck Pillow delivers on its primary function of providing reliable support for a restful sleep, making it a decent choice for those in need of a comfortable travel companion.

We purchased this for our 2.5yo toddler for a road trip. She said she was comfortable and slept so well with it. We loved that it is adjustable and that it doubles on one side so she can lean into it if she wants. Definitely recommend.

Here are the Pros and Cons after a year usage
Needed to get something for my kiddo because he constantly falls asleep on long drives. I decided to try the BCOZZY travel pillow after seeing it get great reviews online. Here are my thoughts after using it for over a year.Pros:- Adjustable design allows you to customize the fit. The long velcro strip lets you tighten or loosen to your perfect size.- The fabric feels very soft and plush. It’s comfortable against your skin.- It provides nice chin and head support. Head didn’t flop forward when kiddo fell asleep.- Packs down nicely into the included bag. Compact for storing in carry-on.Cons:- Did not stand the test of time, became less supportive after several months of usage.- The neck hole is on the small side. It has to be pulled fairly tight on my neck to close with the velcro.- Can feel a bit tight/choking if cinched down too much. It’s a delicate balance to find the right snugness.- The fabric, while soft, seems like it might get hot. More cooling material would have been better.Overall, I think the BCOZZY pillow is a decent option for travel but for the price and durability, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not perfect and it doesn’t last. (Not that anything in life is or does, lol) The cushion isn’t as sturdy after a few months of usage and after a year, it no longer supports my 6 years old neck. Will be looking for something else. Hope this review helped.

game changing neck pillow for travel
I used to have trouble sleeping on planes, but now have no issue by using this neck pillow, ear plugs, and an eye mask. I can actually sleep on red eyes now, and wake up without a crick in my neck. I recently lost one and after trying a few other cheaper options, I returned those and repurchased this one since it was not close to being as comfortable and soft. It’s an expensive pillow, but..it works.

This works really well for me. Keeps my head and neck in a comfortable position while flying on red-eye flights. I can adjust it in a number of positions depending on which seat I am sitting in (window is on right or left, or there is no window). Material is comfortable too. Really pleased with this item!

Pretty good!
This is my first neck pillow, purchased for an overnight international flight. I like the flexibility of it, being able to adjust it with the velcro. Your head will not roll around. Sometimes I wanted to tighten it but then it was a bit choky. I was still pretty comfy. Can’t say I slept much (that’s just me) but my neck was not sore after 8 hours of travel! I’m keeping this guy. Soft, and goes back into its stuff bag. Definitely worth a try.

Life saver!
Even though a side sleeper, I had to sleep on my back for weeks on end after surgery; this product made the experience surprisingly comfortable! It is flat in the back of the neck and soft but firm on the sides and front, reliably preventing the head from rolling uncomfortably low down during sleep.I used it in a recliner with a pillow in my back, and experienced no neck pain or discomfort whatsoever. Great product!!

surprisingly useful
I have a slipped disc in my neck and it is nearly impossible to sit comfortably. I use this in as many positions as I can think of… it’s not too big – or stiff – folds, you can move the thick part… no velcro straps to scratch you… it’s worth the money. might get another to keep in the car

Fantastic Travel Pillow
I bought this BeCozy Neck Travel Pillow based solely on the videos praising the product & showing how versatile it is! It has saved my neck, more at home than when traveling. I have a very screwed up neck & back (in fact my entire spine) & using my iPhone or iPad or HP Laptop for any length of time really hurts my neck, radiates across the tops of both shoulders & down each scapula & ending in excruciating bursitis at the very top juncture of my shoulders & shoulder blades. I know even before that happens to put on the BeCozy & stop anymore online activity & take some Over-The-Counter Pain Reliever & then before bed & after removing the BeCozy, I apply some awfully strong smelling menthol-based pain killer that works remarkably well. Still, I stay off all devices for up to a week just to let my neck heal, wearing the BeCozy from right after my shower until bedtime. The only complaint I have is that even though I ordered the small, I think it could use longer Velcro areas, as to make it tighter, it really does need more Velcro. I can add that myself sometime when I’m feeling ambitious. But I would (& have) recommended this travel pillow to anyone & everyone. BTW, I got stopped in the airport concourse by other travelers wearing the neck pillows that tie up front, leaving a huge area for their necks to flop down, admiring the BeCozy Pillow, wanting to know more about it & most especially where to buy it, saying they were going to order it immediately upon landing to have it delivered the next day to their hotel, so they’d have one for the trip home. Those customer videos are invaluable as is the BeCozy pillow!

I love this neck pillow.
I cannot sleep in a conventional bed and must sleep in a recliner chair due to back problems. My neck would always fall to the side while I was sleeping causing me to look crooked during the day. My neck and back just weren’t straight. This pillow has stopped my neck from drooping to the side and I don’t look crooked anymore. It’s easy to use, and I can sleep with it on no problem. It’s comfortable and has solved my problem. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Worked great, but not for large headphones
I loved this pillow! I took it on a plane and liked it a lot actually, the only (mild) problem was that I brought my large headphones with noise cancellation capabilities to try to block out the noise from the plane and other passengers (loudly crying babies, etc..), and found that I couldn’t use both comfortably at the same time. I tried a number of different positions with the pillow, including folded over into a “C” in the crook of my neck between my shoulder and head, that worked ~slightly~ better, but the headphones kept getting knocked loose, making it impossible to sleep, I eventually had to just use the headphones by themselves and bundled up my jacket on the side of my head against the window seat, and tried to put the pillow folded up behind my head to give my neck some relief, but it still pushed my headphones off my ears :/. It worked fantastically in the car though!!! Definitely bringing on roadtrips and long car rides to help sleep comfortably!

A great next step
6 year old grew out of previous one. I bought this on a whim and he loves it. It straps to the head piece for stability. He says it’s comfortable but I think he just glad he has something. It wraps around next. It scared me at first but it comes off easily. Cleans well. Love the color. It stays in the car. Glad I purchased. Tired of seeing my sons head hanging to his chest in his car seat.

A bit different than expected
This does support your neck and on our recent vacation I used it on the plane. I struggled with it a bit because at times it felt like somebody was strangling me, but when I moved it around and got it into the “right” spot it felt really supportive. This is kind of a mixed bag for me because it does support but I don’t feel like I need to work for it.

having my doubts, but I’ll give it a try
I bought this for an upcoming trip after seeing it highly rated in several articles about travel pillows, and seeing that it comes in an “X-Large” version — too many travel pillows that I tried are too small. This one… hrm. So, I measured my neck the other day and it was about (maybe slightly less than) 18 inches. This says that the X-Large size is for necks 16 inches and above. Yet, I’ll be blunt — putting this around my neck, I have to pull it awfully tight to get the velcro to meet up. There is plenty of overlap space where I could make it wider if the velcro on the bottom extended out further toward the end, but it doesn’t. It’s not the most comfortable, and all they would have had to do to make it more comfortable would have been to extend the velcro further toward the end so that it could be made a little wider. This almost makes me question whether I was actually sent the X-Large version. The tag says XL, but really, the “16 inches and above” just barely fits someone with an 18″ neck? Maybe it’s mislabeled.Beyond that, the plush fabric is nice and soft, but frankly, it feels like it’s going to be really hot. Some more cooling fabric on the neck side would have been nice. (My girlfriend’s response to that was “well planes are cold” — ok, she’d probably like this, but I get too hot too easily.)I’m going to keep it and give it a chance, mostly because I’m too close to the trip now and I don’t have time to keep going back and forth trying different travel pillows. But I’m fairly disappointed. If afterward I feel significantly different about it (toward the positive or negative), I’ll update.

Comfy, works for me!
I’m sure this pillow won’t be for everyone, but my head tends to fall forward when I sleep on a plane. I could shift/turn this pillow to get good support; seems like it would also work if a person tends to drop their head to one side or the other. I definitely prefer this one to the standard “U” shaped neck pillows.
