When I was starting my new job as a clinical nurse, I looked at a ton of padfolios and decided on ordering this one from Wundermax. What convinced me was the zip closure and amount/variety of storage space. I have room for pens/highlighters, papers, patient educational booklets, business cards, and everything else I use on a daily basis, including a place to clip my pager. When I received it, it met my expectations in every way except for the stitching. In the front, there were two areas of stitching which were uneven/unfinished. Of course, I was disappointed. The company emailed me asking for a review and to contact them with any concerns about the product. I asked them if I could return my padfolio and exchange it for a new one, as I really did like the product but was only unhappy with the craftsmanship of the one I received. They not only sent me a new padfolio without hesitation, but gave me a full refund on my original purchase. Valerie was the representative who helped me.I wholeheartedly recommend this padfolio and this company. Very happy with my new padfolio and the experience I had buying from and communicating with Wundermax.

This is a very good portfolio. Things I like:- Bought it to put a Surface Pro in and it fits well and seems to protect it well enough- Nice options for organization (spot for papers, pens zippered pockets etc.)- Build quality seems good (only had a short time but it feels like it will hold up)- Very cost competitive so long as you aren’t looking for a special material on the outside- AMAZING customer serviceThings I wish were a little different:- Short zipper handle so when you go to zip it up it can be a little hard to grab the zipper handle- I wish it were a bit thicker and/or the pen holders on the left were moved. I like to keep my pens there but with just a device, a few papers and the pad of paper the folder is kind of pinched right on those pens

OMGoodness. I spent over an hour researching portfolio/padfolios (here and on the internet). This seemed to be the largest and most flexible I could find. It is exactly what I hoped for. I use the ‘tablet’ section for my keyboard, and the section next to it for my tablet (since I have a cover on the tablet – it’s a little to thick for the tablet area). Even the exterior compartment is handy (I put a 4-port Anker charger and 10′ Anker USB cable in it, along with a small battery-power unit). For improvement I would suggest the padfolio was slightly thicker (i.e. more space – but this was already the largest I could find), and that the material didn’t show fingerprints so easily (I’ve never experienced this on other leather or leatherette products). I can live with these issues because the padfolio is perfect for what I needed it for (basically a small ‘laptop’ case for my tablet/keyboard/accessories, for when I don’t want to lug around my laptop case).

When I received my portfolio, I was somewhat surprised that it was very well packaged. It came in a black box (pictured), and even had the protective styrofoam as well. Upon unzipping the portfolio, I was pleased that it didn’t have that weird “cheap leather shoe” smell. It comes with the Wundermax notebook (unlined, but that’s actually best), and two bookmarks. The bookmarks have sticky notes and colorful tabs attached, good for taking quick notes and flagging important things. The bookmarks also have inch/centimetere measurements, almost like a ruler on the side of them. The portfolio can hold up to five cards, plus an ID in the section that has the window. There are two pen spots, as well as one alongside the notebook. There are two zippered pouches, one small and one medium/large, as well as the section for your iPad/tablet that features a velcro closure. This is perfect! It’s sleek and not bulky, which is necessary if you don’t want to be walking around with a huge object in your hand. All in all, the price and quality are great. I highly recommend this product!

This padfolio is exquisitely made! It looks and feels nice! The zipper is smooth, the exterior is smooth. I’m a righty but I love that it can be flipped for both Lefty’s and righty’s! The box that it comes in is amazing (I’m a sucker for some good packaging and they have got some good packaging)! The tablet space fits my iPad 2 (with case still on) and the padfolio can still zip. I don’t plan on carrying my iPad in there, but I wanted to include that in my review for others. The pocket next to the tablet space easily fits at least 25 sheets of paper. It is a bit tricky to get it in using only one hand, but if you are able to use two hands, then it will go in with ease (otherwise you have to kind of wiggle it around and risk crinkling the edges of your papers). The outer pocket can easily slide 1 page one handed (go slow so you don’t crinkle) and it can handle the same 25 page bundle that I tried on the inside with ease. The notepad that came with the padfolio is unlined, but it is very nice. I like it. But you can always easily replace it with another notepad. The zipper has a nice zipper pull, it feels good in your fingers and the zipper moves smoothly. This padfolio is easy to zip close with one or two hands, dominant and not. The inner zippers are smooth as well. The zippered pockets can hold a letter sized envelope and extra business cards. The business card slots fit a business card with ease and are the perfect depth: not so deep that you can’t tell they’re in there but not so shallow that half of it is hanging out. About a good 8mm or so sticks out. The quality is so well worth the price! If you don’t buy this padfolio, you’re only doing yourself a disservice. If I ever need to buy another one again, I definitely will. This will make a wonderful gift for a new graduate or colleague. I’m using mine for graduate school interviews!

After carefully reading the reviews for the Wondermax and checking many other brands, I decided to purchase this portfolio. Nothing however prepared me for the “real thing.” It surpasses all of my expectations. The many open pockets, slots for cards, and pen holders reflect a well designed product. I use a Rocketbook to take notes while sitting on the couch watching videos. I was looking for a portfolio to hold my Rocketbook, Mini Mister, microfiber cloth plus a few pens and several overhead projector templates. And it was important to have it look nice on the coffee table when not in use. Having portability without loosing it’s contents was also necessary. I love my Rocketbooks and take notes easily while sitting at a table. But a Rocketbook on my lap was rather awkward. I need a firm surface and this portfolio has it. Several inside pockets and sections to easily hold handouts make this notebook easy to use. It has three pen holders which are handy. I like being able to zip it up when not in use and an outside pocket is handy when I am on the run.Yes, it isn’t real leather. But honestly, I chose the black and it looks very much like fine leather if that’s your style. It wipes off nicely and is stitched well. Who cares if it is leather or not? The zippers work smoothly and keep the contents together. For the price it is a steal! It comes in a very nice box that makes wrapping for gifting easy. I am pleased with my purchase and couldn’t ask for more.

You can tell this product is high quality as soon as your hold it. Has a nice weight and feel, and ample holding pockets including one for a tablet. It comes with a nice blank notepad that stays holstered within vertically, but I bought an At-a-Glance weekly/monthly planner to go with it instead to accomodate my scheduling needs. It fits in perfectly; my only concern was that I assumed this planner’s plastic backing would be able to slide in horizontally to keep it from sliding around on the inside. Unfortunately, there is only a slot to hold a notebook that slides in from either the top or bottom (see photos). Not a huge deal (I’m sure I can rig is somehow), but keep it in mind if you’re thinking about buying a separate planner for this guy. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic product!

This portfolio is as big as possible to be comfortable, functonable and stylish. It holds an iPad in it’s own case with the keyboard, office supplies like paper clips, scissors, etc, mail, note pads, specific spots for business cards and drivers’ license as well. It comes in a shiny black box, making it perfect for gift wrapping or protective storage. It has all the features and more than described. I’m very satisfied.

The portfolio is beautifully made. I find it the ideal size as it is just big enough for standard 8-1/2 by 11 papers and pads, and the large divided section is big enough for an iPad (the original size–don’t know about the iPad Pro) or even–and this was really important to me–the new MacBook. The MacBook is larger than the iPad but not by much, and it fits perfectly into this portfolio’s internal sleeve area. With the computer and some papers and pads the folio gets a little heavy. Were it any bigger, then one would want handles or straps which would complicate the whole deal and defeat the purpose of high portability. It is just big enough, and not too big. Also it is a benefit that it is not made of heavier leather because, again, that would add to the bulk and weight. Also the folio’s size makes it possible to slide it into a canvas briefcase which then provides the many more compartments needed for books and cables and such. Such a combination makes for a safer way of transporting one’s computer as it remains nestled in the soft yet somewhat stiff / supporting Wundermax. It is really a satisfying purchase that also makes for a great, affordable gift for family, friends, and employees as a ‘thank you.’ (I’m a consultant and itinerant writer / speaker so I am perpetually hunting for things that help me travel with my necessary ‘tools;’ this is my new preferred vehicle).
